TERMS AND CONDITIONS – INSIDE EU

 

The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of children’s and baby products and other movable property (hereinafter referred to as the products) of Nordiska Barnprodukter i Osby AB, Swedish corporate identity number 556928-5355 (hereinafter referred to as NBIO), unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing between the respective customer (hereinafter referred to as the customer ) and NBIO. When selling to consumers, NBIO applies the mandatory rules that follow from applicable legislation. NBIO’s online store (nordiccrown.co) is referred to below as nordiccrown.co

 

GENERAL

nordiccrown.co sells baby and baby products via the Internet to private individuals in the EU. To shop with us you must have turned 18 years old and have a valid ID document for receiving parcel shipments. If you are under 18 you need to have your consent from your custodian. The products we sell can be used in the EU and they have a Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, German and English manual when the product requires it, both in physical and digital form.

 

 

COPYRIGHT

All content on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads and other software, belongs to NBIO or our suppliers and is protected by Swedish and international copyright laws.

 

 

ORDERING

Ordering is done on our website nordiccrown.co. If you have any questions about how to order, please call customer service on +46 (0)479-89 90 30 or send an email to [email protected] Completed order means that you accept our terms of conditions and agree that your personal information is registered in our customer register. Purchase agreements are only made when we confirm the order by sending an order confirmation to the e-mail address you specified. In case of any errors in e.g. specifying the price, stock differences, delivery time etc. we reserve the right to correct this in retrospect. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you can, of course, choose to cancel your order at no cost. Discount codes can only be used individually, not in combination with each other.

 

 

COMPLAINT

When you shop at NBIO, you have a 1-year warranty on all products and a 3-year claim right under the Swedish law, Konsumentköplagen.

If you would like to make a complaint, please contact our customer service. We will ask you to send us a description of the product’s faults and imagery that proves the fault so that we can assist you further in the process. Any refund will be made as soon as possible after we have received and registered the defective product in our warehouse.

The product warranty only covers manufacturing defects that existed when you received the product. Original errors must be present and confirmed by NBIO. Depending on the situation, you may be offered a free repair, new product or reduction of the original price. The product warranty does not apply if we cannot find the defect in the product or if you caused the damage.

 

 

FORCE MAJEURE

Events such as wars, natural disasters, labour market battles, government decisions, missing supplies from subcontractors, costly circumstances and similar events beyond our control, which could not be foreseen, should be attributed to force majeure. This means that NBIO is exempted from its obligations to fulfil signed agreements.

 

DISPUTE

Complaints or comments regarding NBIO services or products should be communicated to our customer service via e-mail [email protected] or telephone +46 (0)479-89 90 30 If you are not satisfied with our handling of your case, you are welcome to contact your local consumer adviser or the Swedish authority, Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARR (www.arn.se). We always follow ARN’s recommendations.
