In our customer register, we have registered the following: your name, address, telephone number and email address. If you made a purchase via the webshop or booked in a store, there is also information about your purchases (order number, articles, cost and payment method), as well as information about possible returns, complaints or mail contact. In our webshop, there is also information stored about your login details (username and password).
Your data is password protected and only authorized personnel have access to it.
We save your information for three years after the last purchase. This is to be able to carry out delivery of orders, contact you if necessary, send newsletters by e-mail and ensure that we can give correct assistance according to the consumer purchasing law in case of any complaints.
On the website, we store technical data and information about how you interacted with us. We do this to be able to develop our platform to suit our customers as well as possible.
