PAYMENTS

At the checkout you can choose between payment methods invoice, part payment, card payment or direct payment via Klarna or use your PayPal account.

NBIO guarantees that the payment options offered at nordiccrown.co are secure. NBIO offers a secure card payment with VISA and MasterCard in collaboration with Klarna and PayPal. When paying by card, the customer is sent to a secure page where the customer can safely fill in his card details and make the payment. NBIO never handles the customer’s card details.

All prices are stated in SEK or EUR including VAT. Any shipping cost will be added, depending on the shipping option you choose when ordering.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: SWEDEN

The delivery time is normally 2-4 working days, calculated from the day after you placed your order, provided we have the product in stock. Once the goods have left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility will be transferred to the shipping companies who deliver your order within the stipulated time. NBIO cannot provide any delivery guarantee for goods not in stock at the time of order or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the goods reach you can be longer than stated as normal for the selected shipping method if the carrier itself causes a delay.

Shipping costs
NBIO offers free shipping when the customer places an order of 3500 SEK or more to a delivery address in Sweden. For purchases under 3500 SEK, shipping is charged with 119 SEK.

Mode of delivery
Delivery of ordered goods takes place with Postnord, DSV or other suitable freight carrier.

Parcel post
Delivery to delivery point – Postnord (free shipping for purchases over 3500 SEK, for purchases below 3500 SEK the shipping cost is 119 SEK).
The shipment arrives at your nearest Postnord representative, e.g. a nearby grocery store. An SMS is sent out with information on where to pick up your package. The package must be picked up within 14 days to prevent it from being returned.

Other shipping options
When using other shipping options, we will notify and provide information on how the delivery will be handled.

For deliveries within the EU we offer free shipping as the order value is EUR 600 or more. Shipping outside the EU is always subject to shipping. Contact us at info@nordiccrown.co to get the shipping cost .

NBIO offers free shipping when the customer places an order of EUR 600 or more to a delivery address within the EU but outside the Nordic countries, for purchases under EUR 600, shipping is charged with EUR 46,25.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR FREIGHT & TRANSPORT

Transportation Liability
If the goods are damaged or lost during transport from us to you, we are responsible. In case of a return to us, you as the customer are responsible for the goods.

Transport damage
If the product is damaged at the time of delivery, this should be reported immediately to NBIO’s customer service, info@nordiccrown.co. In order for us to be able to claim the damage to our carrier, we need to report the damage to the carrier within 1-3 days. It is therefore necessary that you report the damage within this time. This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage and it is therefore important that you unpack and check that the product is defective as soon as possible after receipt.

If the damage is visible, it is easiest if you report this directly to the driver upon receipt of the shipment. Remember to always save the packaging so that the complaint can be handled correctly.

A product that is incorrectly dispatched should be notified to NBIO as soon as possible. If a product is presumed to be incorrectly dispatched, damaged or incorrect, we undertake to remedy the error free of charge.

Not collected order, general
We reserve the right to charge the costs of the handling incurred on unpacked packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 300 in Sweden and EUR 30 in Finland and Denmark if a package is not collected. If a parcel is not collected and shipped within the EU but outside the Nordic region, we charge a fee of 60 EUR.

Not collected orders, especially Sweden by mail
The shipment is with the postal agent for 14 days before being returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you cancel a purchase and wish to return the item, you first need to pick up the package and then return as described below. Unsolved packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Delivery Delay
You have the right to cancel your purchase at no extra cost in the event of a delay against the promised delivery time. If we become aware of delivery delays of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or telephone.

Dispute
Complaints or comments regarding NBIO services or products should be communicated to our customer service via e-mail or telephone +46 (0) 479-89 90 30 If you are not satisfied with our handling of your case, you are welcome to contact your local consumer adviser. or the Swedish Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN). We always follow ARN’s recommendations.
