Return Policy


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can send the item back to us and get the money back.



  1. Contact us at customer service before planning your return. We will provide you with information on how to return the product.
  2. Submit the package according to our instructions.
  3. You will receive your money back within 14 days of receiving the package.

If you have an unpaid invoice for your order (when paying through Klarna), you must move forward the due date yourself. You do this at or by calling 08-120 120 10. You always have to pay the freight cost for returning the product.

NOTE! It is you as a customer who is responsible for your return goods coming to us. Therefore, note the parcel package ID when sending the parcel from your agent, and ask for a receipt if you do not receive one.




When you shop at NBIO you have the right to open and test your product, and then send it back and get your money back if it does not meet your expectations. You have a right of withdrawal for 14 days, and the withdrawal period is valid from the day you receive your item.

The right of withdrawal does not include prams or strollers used outside or with broken packaging that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons.

You always have to pay the freight if you regret your purchase.





When you shop at NBIO you have the right to return an unopened product within 365 days and get the product refunded.

You, therefore, have the right to return an item up to 365 days after your purchase, as long as the product is not damaged and is in unopened original packaging. Products without packaging can also be returned within 365 days as long as all labels, stickers, etc. are intact and still stuck to the product. The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it and must not have been used.

You always have to pay the freight if you choose to return your goods.
